Grievance and Complaints Procedure

This procedure applies to all internal and external stakeholders, including employees, contractors, clients, members of the public, and any other relevant parties associated with Nynorvix Services Pvt. Ltd.

Any stakeholder who believes there has been a potential or actual non-conformance with the Security Operations Management System (SOMS), or a violation of international, national, or local laws—including human rights—has the right to lodge a complaint or file a grievance.

Our objective is not only to record grievances but to ensure a consistent, transparent, and accountable response to every complaint received. We are committed to:

  • Taking timely corrective and preventive actions
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of our response
