Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email that your return has been received.
We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet? Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank – it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.
  3. Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@nynorvixkart.in

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll process it within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order placed on www.nynorvixkart.in within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at info@nynorvixkart.in with your order number.

Cancellation Charges

  • A handling fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50, whichever is higher, will be deducted for every cancellation.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.
